Itinerary

Our 90-minute route focuses on the first phase of Nordhavn's development, highlighting its transformation:

Århusgade Quarter

The heart of Nordhavn. We explore the first completed residential buildings, understanding the concept of urban "islands" and the creative reuse of warehouse structures.

Frihavnstårnet (The Free Port Tower)

Former grain silos converted into stunning, modern waterfront apartments. An iconic example of architectural adaptive reuse.

Konditaget Lüders (The Fitness Rooftop)

We visit this unique public park located on the roof of a multi-story car park. A brilliant example of functional space, offering a playground, fitness equipment, and panoramic views.

Götenborg Plads

One of the district's central and most vibrant squares, examining the surrounding architecture and community life.

Harbour Bath (Havnebadet)

We observe the new public swimming areas and water access points, an essential element of Copenhagen's coastal lifestyle.

Martin Thomsen was very knowledgeable and witty and made the tour a lot of fun. He could answer most if not all our questions regarding Copenhagen, irregardless if they were related to the tour.
