1. Introduction

Welcome to Walk and Tour Aps website ("Website"). By accessing or using this Website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Website.

2. Use of Website

You may use this Website for personal and non-commercial purposes, such as browsing travel packages, making reservations, and accessing information. Unauthorized use, including but not limited to data mining, reproduction, or modification, is strictly prohibited.

3. Booking and Payments

Participation in tours promoted by WALK AND TOUR APS is strictly voluntary. By making the reservation, the participant automatically accepts the terms and conditions specified in this document.

3.1 Free Tours:

We always recommend booking your place in the free tour, which you can do through our website. We will give priority to those people who have made their reservation. Those who do not have a reserved place will be subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

3.2 Groups:

The free tour is designed for small groups. Groups from 6 or more adults are asked for a contribution of 10 euros per person at the beginning of the tour, to guarantee the guide a decent income for his work.

This also applies to multiple bookings made up of the same family or friends group. The tour guide can cancelled the booking in-situ if groups do not comply with this group policy.

More than 10 adults, you can contact us directly to hire a private tour, which will be the only way to guarantee that the group will take the tour together and with a guide exclusively.

3.3 : Modification of date

If you want to change the date and/or time of a paid or private tour, please send us an email to info@walkandtour.dk with the name, photo of the ticket and the new date on which you want to do the tour. You must ask us for any changes you want to make to your reservation at least 72 hours before the departure time of the tour. We will be happy to help you whenever possible.

3.4 Delays:

For the Free tour and paid tours  the tour guide will start the activity at the agreed time. Unfortunately for a matter of organization, it is not possible to join the tour halfway. 

If participants do not show up on time at the agreed starting point, Walk and Tour APS reserves the right to start the tour, excursion or trip without the participants. 

On private tours, the tour guide will be reserved only for the period of time indicated in the reservation description. In the event that the group arrives more than 15 minutes late, the waiting time will be reduced from the agreed duration of the tour. The guide will have a tolerance of 15 minutes, if the group did not establish contact, it will be considered that the group did not show up and the service will be canceled without the possibility of a refund.

3.2 Considerations:

Participants should keep in mind that the tours are on foot, therefore it requires physical effort at times. Therefore, it is not recommended for people with certain health problems.

We recommend that participants wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the activity, as well as water, an umbrella or rain gear. The weather in Copenhagen is quite irregular.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You can cancel your private tour or paid tour reservation by sending an email to info@walkandtour.dk. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the start of the activity. After this period of time, the company reserves the right not to refund the money.

Walk and Tour reserves the right to charge cancellation fees.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Walk and Tour or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

The description of the tour is informative and general. Walk and Tour APS and the guide reserve the right to modify the route whenever it deems necessary for reasons of safety of the guide or even weather conditions. The activities do not include entrance to attractions such as castles or museums unless specified.

6. Limitation of Liability

Walk and Tour is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this Website or its services, including cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, delays, or third-party actions.  the price of the tour does not include any type of insurance for the participants. It is recommended that they take out travel insurance that covers personal accidents, personal effects or liability.

Neither WALK AND TOUR APS, nor the guides  who offer the tours, will be responsible for any physical injury, damage or loss of personal property during the tours. The guides reserve the right to deny the participation of any person, for any reason, in any of the tours.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of this Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

The Website may contain links to third-party sites. Walk and Tour is not responsible for the content or policies of these external websites.

9. Changes to Terms

Walk and Tour reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
